Priority One First Aid & CPR attempts to keep the information on this website current, accurate and complete, but reliance upon any materials on this site shall be at your sole risk. All information should be verified independently before being used or relied on. Priority One First Aid & CPR assumes no responsibility for any damages arising out of the use of this site. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use. Priority One First Aid & CPR reserves the right to change or modify this site at any time without notice.
2. Conditions of Use
The text, images, and data provided by Priority One First Aid & CPR are the property of CLP Group Inc. and may be subject to the rights of third parties. Users may not copy, alter, manipulate or modify any materials from this site for commercial purposes without express written permission.
3. Course Registration & Cancellation Policy
By registering for a course you agree to our minimum enrollment requirement. Courses that do not meet minimum enrollment may be rescheduled. Once minimum enrollment is confirmed, your course is guaranteed to run. Cancellations by the student with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the registration fee. Priority One First Aid & CPR reserves the right to reschedule a course due to instructor illness or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. No Medical Advice
The information and training provided through Priority One First Aid & CPR courses is for general first aid and CPR education purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical care.
5. Certificates
Certificates issued upon successful course completion are issued by the Canadian Red Cross and are subject to Red Cross terms and conditions. Certificate validity periods are determined by the Canadian Red Cross.
6. Limitation of Liability
Priority One First Aid & CPR, CLP Group Inc., and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in courses or use of this website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
