Course Description
Focused specifically on cardiac and breathing emergencies, this course is ideal for staff who already hold a valid first aid certificate and need to maintain or add CPR credentials. Participants learn CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, how to operate an AED, two-rescuer CPR, and how to manage choking in all age groups. In-class delivery.

Is This Course Right For You?
CPR Level C is ideal for workplaces that need to top up CPR credentials for staff who already hold Standard First Aid certification. It is also commonly required for fitness trainers, childcare assistants, and other professionals whose role requires active CPR certification. Note: CPR alone does not satisfy the full first aid requirement under WSIB Regulation 1101 — a Standard or Emergency First Aid course is required for full compliance.
