Do I need to complete anything online before class?: No. This version is delivered entirely in person across two days, with theory and skills taught by your instructor in the classroom.
Who should take Standard First Aid instead of Emergency First Aid?: Standard First Aid is required for many Ontario workplaces under WSIB Regulation 1101, depending on your workplace size and hazards. If you are unsure, ask your supervisor or contact us for guidance.
What should I wear to the skills portion?: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. You will be kneeling, bending, and practicing on the floor during CPR and first aid skills.
